So I want to share with you a SUPER AWESOME COFFEE I discovered recently (it's similar to the Bulletproof, but I'm not brave enough to add butter to my coffee, so this one fits my bill the best, until I get brave!!)

Coffee with Coconut Oil

What I do is I brew my coffee and get it into my blender, I add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil, protein powder, gelatine powder and vainilla. Blend it and sip! It's sooooo good!! Creamy and delicious!

Some benefits!!

reduce hunger

boost metabolism

improve immune system

support proper brain function

maintain healthy skin and hair

regulate blood sugar

increase energy levels

balance hormones

improves digestion

I have no cravings or hunger until lunch and that's a plus for me!! I am also sleeping better, can you believe that? and has more energy through the day, awesome right?
