Un gran saludo ... !

Mi entrada el dia de hoy, va unida a una actividad FCLBH en la que Latina Crafter está participando durante toda esta semana, y de la que seguro ya habrás leido, por ser nuestra casa de sellos favorita, "Sponsor" de este estupendo Blog Hop. 

Unida además,a una celebración que desde el 2014,se lleva a cabo
y es la del "Dia Internacional del Café /  International Coffee Day", 

en honor a conmemorar la ardua labor de los cultivadores de café.  Acompañado este loable motivo, con la promoción de esta deliciosa bebida y la variedad de recetas que se pueden obtener, gracias a ella.

Es por ello que hoy les compartiré mi proyecto con esta temática :

"Separador de libro/Book marker" en dos diseños!!!!

Sigamos con este divertido paso a paso...

Paso 1

Tomando como medida una tarjeta base (color camel), que quepa cómodamente dentro de una de las glasinne bags que puedes encontrar en la tienda On Line de Latina Crafter.

combinas tres (3) de tus colores favoritos, para realizar un atractivo separador, 

gracias al contraste de los tonos.

Presentas las piezas cortadas, antes de pegarlas para visualizar tu diseño, y de esta manera organizar cuales técnicas aplicarás.

En mi caso apliqué las siguientes :

-Estarcido ("Coffee Stencils" de Latina Crafter)

- Estampado (Sets de sellos de Latina Crafter)

"Mini set 2x2 One cup at a time"

"Mini set 2x2 OCD Obssesive Coffee Disorder"

-Corte (Dies"Adicta a la Cafeina" de Latina Crafter)

- Paper piecing.

Paso 2

Para optimizar tus tarjetas, coloca los stencils con un pequeño pedazo de "cinta de carrocero" o "de enmascarar"; De esta manera ni la plantilla, ni el papel se mueven, y puedes lograr 

un resultado muy lucidor.

Paso 3

Una vez están listas las imágenes de estarcido, procedes a pegarlas sobre la pieza de papel de color de contraste; y esta a su vez, sobre la pieza de papel base de nuestro proyecto.

Paso 4

Para complementar la decoración de tu separador, continúa estampando el Sentimiento, con los sets de Latina Crafter escogidos. e igualmente,
las imágenes que te servirán de decoración complementaria.

Yo empleé para ayudarme la "Misti". Genera un estampado y 

optimización de mis sellos y papel, únicos.

Paso 5

La técnica de "paper piecing" la apliqué sobre el estampado del sello de Latina Crafter del vaso de café; y lo complementé con un granito de café del stencil de la misma marca.

Por ùltimo procedemos a decorar las bolsitas de papel (Glasinne bags) e introducimos en ellas los books marker, ...

...Añadimos el twine... Y listo!!!

Un regalito sencillo y muy práctico de hacer ... y lo mejor de todo muy acorde a la celebración de ésta fantástica bebida !!!!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

In case you haven't seen the latest Coffee related stamps (were out last month, you can check all about them here, we had Amy as a Guest Designer for that very special release!!) here is a picture of all of them together!!

For this HOP, I wanted to do something special other than a card and here is my project!! Hope you like it as much as I enjoyed creating it!

I started with this beautiful basket and a couple of COFFEE PRODUCTS!! For the basket I used the OCD stamp, don't you love it??

Love this little basket and how it turn out to hold a few COFFEE items for a gift!! Then I got my cotton bag, the Coffee Stencils (sold out at this time, but there are more on my way, so you can pre-order yours at the store now) and a spray!! Also I used the I'm no Quitter stamp and the matching die (sold out at this time, but there are more on my way, so you can pre-order yours at the store now)to get this beautiful embellishment done!!

Then I grab this mini canvas I had for a few months now and stamped the One Cup at a Time stamp and then watercolor it with my crayons (actually my daughter did it, I'm not good with watercolors, LOL) 

Here a picture with the whole set!! I think it's pretty cute, right? LOL

Oh, I almost forgot to take a picture of the cups!! Here I stamped the sentiment from the I'm no Quitter stamp and the cup is from the One Cup at a Time stamp with the matching die.

I love COFFEE too and Latina Crafter has some amazing coffee theme products, LOL. So when I design this 6 new sets and have them in my hands I contacted Amy and asked her if she wants to join us, and she said YES!!!!I can't say enough of her, she is special, I love that she cares about everyone and is always sharing everything COFFEE!! Leticia Arvizu, aka "CRAFTY AMIGA" is a super talented crafter that organize amazing events in California (be sure to follow her and get to know more about it). Some of ther events are COFFEE theme events, oh my goodness!! that's amazing right? but also she is a Latina Crafter supporter and one day she sent me a message saying I need a stamp with this sentiment: All I want to do is drink COFFEE and make pretty things, I fell in LOVE and of course I did it right away, soooo as always I sent her the first set so she can have her pretty stamp to join us during the hop!!! thanks Lety for everything you do!!

This is a mini hop seven stops, including this one, yes easy peasy to finish in no time!! but you will be inspired by each one of the designers, they are AMAZING!!! I can't wait for you to see everything!!

I had the pleasure to work with Volleybal Girl aka You are a Winner aka Eres una ganadora. I had fun remembering when I used to play!! yess!!! meee, you didn't know that about me, right?? this is the sport that I love and it runs in the family, my brother used to play and  my father as well, my father actually was my brother's coach!! Now my niece (my brother's younger daughter) plays and I'm so excited about it!! Oh well, here is my card!!

Then I also did a small bookmark with the Prayer & Coffee stamp, I LOVE IT!!! I start with the "Deja brillar tu luz" stencil and inked it in two tones! then I stamped the image, I used watercolor paper, and then my Aqua Spectrum markers to highlight the words Prayer and Coffee!! I finished by adding some sequins to make it prettier!!

I was so excited that I did a couple, not really, I messed up and end up with a couple that are good, but not awesome so I decided that I will take one of the good and will give this one as a gift, here inside a glassine bag with twine, ready to go!! hope it bless someone else soon!!
