Winter/Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

WELCOME TO THE

If you didn't start on the Coffee Lovers Blog go HERE to start the HOP!!

We're celebrating our Cocoa + Tea lovin' friends during this hop!
December 13th: National Cocoa Day

December 15th: International Tea Day

There will be FLASH prizes awarded on December 13th + 15th! Link up Tea + Cocoa projects (remember the theme is winter/holiday) to be eligible for prizes. Please link up before 7 pm pacific on each day to be eligible (you all know that I'm an early bird!). Winners will be posted here by 8:00 pm pacific. I will also include the winners on the blog post for Sunday, December 20th.

Remember, in order to be eligible for a Super Sponsor prize, you need to link up a newly created Winter/Holiday themed project that includes coffee, tea &/or cocoa!

I will be out of town and with the end of the semester and that I couldn't do a project, my bad!! So I want to share with you a SUPER AWESOME COFFEE I discovered recently (it's similar to the Bulletproof, but I'm not brave enough to add butter to my coffee, so this one fits my bill the best, until I get brave!!)

Coffee with Coconut Oil

What I do is I brew my coffee and get it into my blender, I add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil, protein powder, gelatine powder and vainilla. Blend it and sip! It's sooooo good!! Creamy and delicious!

Some benefits!!

reduce hunger
boost metabolism
improve immune system
support proper brain function
maintain healthy skin and hair
regulate blood sugar
increase energy levels
balance hormones

improves digestion

I have no cravings or hunger until lunch and that's a plus for me!! I am also sleeping better, can you believe that? and has more energy through the day, awesome right?

Here more info about it:

Alos I want to share a special code for all of you!!

Here you can find our English/Bilingual products including a COFFEE Category!!

  33. Your coffee/coconut concoction sounds good but I'm definitely a black coffee kind of girl. The stronger and darker the better in personal opinion. But I do like the sound of not being hungry all morning and sleeping better at night so might have to give it a try. Thank you for sponsoring again this hop...you rock!
